Return, Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Octane Threads, all sales are final.

No Returns, Cancellations, or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at octanethreadsco@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the claim.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for items that are confirmed by us to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Refund requests submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Orders placed by mistake

  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Normal wear and tear
